The Polynesian Cultural Center is offering kamaaina with photo ID free admission on June 28 from 3-7 p.m. to celebrate the grand opening of the new Halau Wa'a O Iosepa in the Hawaiian village, where the BYU-Hawaii sailing canoe will be housed when it's not voyaging. The celebration includes a special cultural presentation at 4 p.m. at the halau, and a free concert featuring Willie K. at 6 p.m. in the village. The PCC's retail gift shops are also offering kamaaina a 15% discount during the event.
