New Location for BYUH Parking Sticker

The BYUH President's Council as well as the Honolulu Chief of Police have approved a new location for the university's parking decals. In years past, BYUH Security procedures stipulated that parking stickers should be placed on the driver's side of the front bumper. Effective immediately, any newly issued university parking decals are to be affixed on the lower passenger side corner of vehicle front windshields. Previously issued decals affixed on the bumper will still be honored until the decal expires.

At this time, BYUH Security encourages all faculty, staff, and students to ensure that any vehicle registration and university parking permits are current and valid. All motor vehicles, motorcycles, and mopeds must display a BYUH parking permit if they are to be parked or driven on campus. Prior to obtaining a parking permit, all outstanding security fines must be paid to the Security Office or to the Business Office.

To obtain a parking permit, you must present the following at the Security Office:

  • State vehicle registration card
  • Current no-fault insurance card
  • Vehicle safety check papers
  • Valid drivers license
  • Current BYUH ID card
  • Appropriate fee ($5)

Campus Security will be happy to respond to any questions or concerns.
